Alice Trueheart Johnson Adair is the great great–great–grand daughter of James Trueheart. After realizing her dream of one day owning a small charming inn, she began the thoughtful process of an appropriate name, one that reflected her own heritage and also one that was significant to the history of the area. The Trueheart Hotel is a tip of the hat to her family and to the pride of being a deeply rooted Texan.
