A few friendly reminders:
- Pet Policy: Pets under 25 lbs allowed, plus a $100 pet fee.
- Children 12 and over allowed.
- No smoking anywhere on property.
- Each room is furnished with a king size bed.
- Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed and a down payment is collected, please notify us by phone or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 14 days before arrival to get a full refund. If the guest cancels after the 14 day window has passed, a credit voucher (good for one full year) will be emailed to the guest worth the amount that was deposited.
