Cancellation/No Show Policy:
The Trueheart Hotel is family owned. We are a small boutique style hotel and cancellations greatly affect our business. Due to our size we must uphold our cancellation policy to its full effect.
If you cancel 7 days or less, prior to your confirmed arrival date no refund will be issued, and you will be responsible for the entire reservation amount (for each room reserved). Cancellations 14 days to 7 days prior to your confirmed dates are eligible for a refund of your deposit in the form of a gift voucher, which is valid for a full year. Cancellations 14 days or more are eligible for a full refund back to your form of payment or, if you prefer, we will issue a Gift Voucher, valid for 1 year.
A deposit equal to the first night and tax (per room) has been collected to secure your reservation. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are collected in-full and payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance of your stay will automatically be charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to the reserved date.
The “cancellation pariod” is the period of time up to your cancellation date which is 7-14 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival for a standard reservation.
Refunds will not be issued for no shows, late arrivals or early departures, or cancellations made after the cancellation period, regardless of the circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy including, but not limited to, illness, family emergencies, inclement weather, natural disasters, a pandemic, or acts of God.
